2011 TTW Conference

Exhibits - Booths

A booth space costs an additional $150.

Each exhibitor will be "allotted" approximately a 10' x 6' area for a display with a table and two chairs (actual area and equipment will be related to need and available resources - Talk to us and be flexible.). Due to the configuration circumstances at the I-79 Research Center, booths will be in multiple locations.

Booth registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis with requests for a second or more booths held until first booths have been assigned.

Special requests will be considered, but we cannot guarantee accommodation of all requests. Wireless Internet service is available to all booths.

Shipping/Returning Exhibit Materials: All exhibit materials should NOT be scheduled for arrival at the I-79 Research Center prior to October 13, 2009. Items should be sent to: I-79 Research Center 1000 Galliher Drive Fairmont, WV 26554; and labeled as Hold for Teaming to Win 2009 Conference October 14 - 15, Company Name, Responsible Individual, Date of Arrival. The return of all exhibits at the conclusion of the conference is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
